Private Lessons

PRIVATE LESSONS

We know that sometimes the instruction you get from our classes just isn't enough. When you want to get a boost before you start classes, desire more gym time, or maybe just finally want to nail that flip--our private lessons are here to help. Our specially trained staff will help you reach your goals in ninja warrior training, tumbling, trampoline skills, strength and conditioning, or anything else related to Agility. While classes follow a set curriculum, private lessons are tailored to the student's goals.

We will help you to find the right coach to best meet your goals. Private lessons are $150/hr and can be any fraction of an hour. Send an email to hello@theagilitycenter.com for more information.

Skill Specific Training

From cheerleaders needing that back handspring for tryouts to a dancer wanting an aerial to a gymnast wanting to master a cartwheel--we are here for you.

Unlike classes which follow a designated curricula, private lessons are 100% focused on the student's goals. For this reason, athletes can achieve dramatic results in far less time.

We have helped gymnasts, cheerleaders, ballet dancers and other athletes interested in building targeted strength and/or flexibility, specific skills, and overall postural changes.

Gym Acclimitization

Afraid of the high beam? No problem! Our instructors can spend as much time as needed to overcome fear. Don't know how to use a double mini? We will teach you!

A huge gym can be intimidating. We understand that not everyone can jump right into classes. Private lessons allow students to develop fundamental skills, learn about the various apparatus and how to use them, and feel more confident in a gym setting.

We are happy to tailor one or a series of private lessons to help your child develop confidence and a love of movement.

One-On-One Support

TAC creates an environment where everyone, regardless of age or ability, can be successful.

Students develop confidence, motor planning skills, social skills, positive behavior, strength and flexibility--all while having fun. Having the guidance of a skilled and supportive teacher will help progress skills and even develop a personal connection to the sport much faster and with meaning.

We have a wide range of teachers who can work with any age and focus to help children achieve their movement goals by understanding students' emotional and cognitive needs.
